Likes

Facilities are okay okay. Teachers are experienced.
Events are held. They are very interesting.
Area is big. Snacks' options are there in the back gate area.

Dislikes

Non odia students may face problem of communication.
It is not good for all departments. It varies.
This college does not offer good option for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are quite qualified and experienced. If a student wants to pursue commerce and wants various options, then he should opt for this. Also, this government college has a good reputation. You may go for it. The faculties are good and helpful.

Class Size: 270Course Fees: INR 4000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is a government college, the fees are minimal. It requires 2500 to 3500 per year which is quite good. The course is for 3 years. So maximum you will spend around 9000 for the whole course. The placement opportunity is not that good.

Campus Life

The college holds various competitions and events. Students can interact with each other. There are no clubs. But various events are held. Sports competitions are also held. There is a library where you can read books.

Hostel Facilities

I reside in a girls' hostel provided by BJB Higher secondary school. I applied for College while filling out College forms. They assign the hostel according to marks and the reservation quota is also there. Since I had a good percentage in class 12, I easily got a hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 12500 per year

Admission

We entered forms for SAMS ODISHA. There we entered forms for various government colleges in Odisha and my priority was BJB AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE. They selected students as per their percentage of class 12 according to the preference of the colleges entered by students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had taken commerce when i was in the college and the curriculum is very easy but some time its get borring because there are few subject are there where the teaching that the teacher is giving is either going above the head or not understable because those some subject have no use in the daily life and that are not usefull.

Value for Money Education in Rourkela

Course Curriculum Overview:

My Experience at PN College: Campus Life, Cources, and Everything in Between

Placement Experience:

In our college, final-year students are eligile for campus placements. While i don't recall the specific companies that visited, one of my friends interviewed with Axis Bank and got selected with a package of around 2.4 lakh. The exact percentage of students are placed and details of average or highest packages are unclear to me, but the placements process provides opportunities of those actively seeking jobs. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue an independent career rather that seeking a traditioinal job placement.

My goal and i would like to work as a cost accountant..so for this purpose i have choosen this course for study because without degree and knowledge in commerce i have not achieve my goal. In our course the ratio of facility and student is 7:250. Our faculty is well educated and completed all the qualification required to became a professor in college and also awarded from our President of india.. Teaching style, method is very much easy and clear. Every students can easily understand the overall study course. Thr term exam is conducted in 3 month and overall 2 exam is conducted in a semister..1st term exam is 20mark and it is very easy to score the mark but 2nd or final semester exam is 80mark and it is little difficult to score more marks as compared to 1st term exam..

Positive is there are many trees around the campus but the negative one is there is no proper boundary wall for the campus, anyone can jump through the wall and can get inside or go outside of the college campus.
