Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very good and structured. The teachers are very friendly. Each student will have a mentor. Each subject will have assignments and end projects. Faculties are well qualified and many are PhD holders.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many Top companies like Goldman Sachs, Cisco, and Adobe offers role as Software Developer, Data scientist, System architect and many others. Internships start during the 7th semester. Many rounds for selection will be there. Almost all get internship opportunities.

Placement Experience

BMS is one of the top colleges in placements. Companies like Goldman Sachs, Adobe, Cisco etc. come for recruitment. Many students in CSE get Tier 1 packages. Almost all get internships. Average packages stand at 10 lakhs and the highest being 45 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the study is okayish compared to RVCE and other colleges. The cost of the study is more if the hostel fee is also considered. Fees hike policy is not high. You can also claim many government scholarships. You can have SSP Scholarships also.

Campus Life

Campus life is enjoyable and has many clubs ranging from technical to non-technical clubs. Our college has BMSCE Utsav which is an annual fest which is number one in Bangalore. Sports and gym facilities are available. Classrooms are also modern and good

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good but slightly expensive. Hostel admissions are carried through Hostel office located in college. You have to fill application and you will called to bring DD for fee and allotment is done on first come first serve basis.

Hostel Fee: INR 190000 per year

Admission

You need to pass the 10+2 class and apply for admission. Application forms and fee details can be found by contacting the college office. The college staff are friendly and answer your queries. You can also contact the office through telephone number.

Other colleges were not chosen as my rank wasn't suffecient enough. Comparitively to other entrance exams the best colllege with my rank would have been BMS. Overall summary of my college in Bengaluru.

I gave first preference to RVCE, but as my rank was less compared to cut off, I was unable to get a seat in the college and I ended up getting the seat in BMSCE which was my 2nd preference. The admission process is easy not much hectic. They will provide all the procedure required for admission. They even have their own mail system, they provide college mail id to all the students. I chose this college because I wanted to pursue CSE and this college seems to be a good option to do so. I did get rejection from a few colleges because I could crack their entrance exam.
