Nice to study in this reputed institute which made my skills to improve

The college infrastructure and environment is good. The major problem here is as the students are given admissions in a bulk by the college has became a serious problem. Due to this reason the placement are also been greatly reduced and also the environment of the college is being spoiled. Many events are conducted in our college and also we attend for many events outside the college. The hostel food is not so appreciable but canteen facilities are good.

KLU conducts their own entrance examination which will be held in the month of april and the students brnaches and fees will be decided according to the rank they score. Almost 60,000 students write this entrance exam and i scored 16,000 rank in this exam. Counselling will be conducted in the month of may and the courses and fee structure will be decided. The course we opt will be out of our own interest and i have chose ECE as my option. Here most of the students choose for CSE and it is the top most branch in our college with many students.

In our ECE is the second top most branch and even the student strength here is also high, as this subject is entirely based on electronics the strength of boys will be greater than girls in a class. In our college both practical and theoretical learning are simultaneously concentrated. Here each and every student should have a laptop so that digitalised learning is promoted in our college. The syllabus is updated here for every year. In and around the college many researches take place and the research cell of our college take many government projects and even the students are encouraged to come up with innovative ideas.

Yes the college provides internship facilities from third year onwards and each and every student have to complete atleast one internship in the four years. The companies visiting our college for internship are efftronics, novotol, Coco cola etc., . Some of the companies provide stipend of about 5000/- but most of the companies go for issuing certificates.

The placements in our college are degrading year by year because many companies are not showing interest in recruiting the students. The students strength have been greatly increased from the past three years by which the placement percentage have been greatly decreased and also the quality of education is coming down. Around 900 students got placed in 2015-2016 academic year which is reduced to 500 students in 2016- 2017. The major companies visiting our college are wipro, techno solutions, tcs, etc., and the average package provided is about 3-5 lakh per annum. Last year tcs have provided the highest package of 22 lakhs per annum.

We have a well experienced and greatly qualified staff members with most of them possessing a PhD degree and some of them are still pursuing it in reputed universities like andhra university. They are much interactive and encourage us to take part in workshops and even make us involve in many different types of activities. They share their experiences with us by which we get motivated and also they guide us for various different types of projects.
