Shops inside the campus, no restrictions for boys .
The ac classrooms with sitting arrangement of more than 70 students at a time.
No fights between students and outsiders .

Dislikes

No cultural events happening for last 7 years.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have an interest in studying crops, and trees that's why I chose this course. Approx 500 teaching and non-teaching faculties are there which are truly helpful for the students. Every scientist and professor has completed his/her phD in their particular field. Every two months there are exams that are hard to crack. The time span between the exams should be longer so that the students can get time to do something on themselves.

Class Size: 166Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is not much higher than b.tech or medical students. It is affordable for everyone. Different scholarships based on academic performances and reserved categories also are provided to students.

Campus Life

Annual fests are not organised for the last 7 years. Students are missing cultural events and the sports activities they should be involved in. Library Is very huge full of different types of books related to life academics etc everything is there. Instagram account @hauconfessions is the hub of all the students in the university.

Admission

Eligibility - 12th pass with medical or non-medical stream. The application form is filled out on the University website- admission.hau.ac.in Reservations should be removed only students with more intelligence should get admission.

Placement Experience:

Their is placement but not very good placement the average placement is 4 LPA. They can increase their placement ratio by having better companies bond relationship. Highest placement was 9 LPA Nearly 7-10% Student get placement. My plan after degree is to continue further studies from different universities.

Pros and cons of being an agriculture student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I belong to a farming family and my wish to improve the traditional agricultural practices my family is using and to help the farmers community and serve as a gem to our motherland is the main reason which motivated me to take this course. All the faculty members are well qualified and are working as assistant scientists or scientists. Their practical knowledge is really great and they teach with a lot of interest, students are also keen to learn the new aspects of farming. One semester is completed in 6 months and mid term exams takes place within 3 months after that final exam takes place. It's not much difficult to pass the examination just a good knowledge of the subject is required.

Remarks:

It is a reputed university. Have a good education facility and agriculture course. That's why I choose this university. Also this University have an affordable fees structure and a very neat and clean enviroment in campus.

Pros and cons of being an agriculture student

The students who have completed 12th with PCB/PCM/PCA/PCMB with 50% marks are eligible for this course. The application form, application fres and application dates are available on the official website of the university. Some seats are reserved for the underprivileged categories SC, ST and OBC along with economically weaker sections. Seats are also reserved as sports quota, for the children of army officials and physically handicapped students as well. Some seats are also being provided to the children of the villages which have donated lands for the KVK's. The reservation benefits should be given to only those students who actually need it.
