- Faculties are very good and having best experience and specialisation thus providing quality education
- Placement like just after completing the degree you will get placement as junior resident or senior resident doctors.
Dislikes
- Campus is like old school so i don't like campus because infrastructure is very old since 1962
- Hostel is very worst and the condition of hostel is like haunted house there is no renovation.our new hostel is given to Post graduate students so there lack of accommodation there
- Very less cultural activities sport event so no fun there are very few extracurricular activities like freshers party for new batches only.
Course Curriculum Overview
Because i always wanted to be a doctor and serve the nation and my future is also secured after this course. Almost=1:5, Qualification of either MBBS or MSC teaching methods through PPTs. There are yearly exams which are I think very difficult to pass semester exams are also there.
Fees and Financial Aid
Normally our fees are 35000 to 40000 per year during my batch starting but it increases every year by 10% so it takes almost 2lacs to complete the course. Scholarships are available for SC ST students and students with low economic conditions. After completion of the course we get an internship there whose stipend is almost 20k. Jobs are like Junior Resident senior resident doctors.
Campus Life
Annual fest like freshers party sports week take place here but there are very few cultural activities and very few fests occur other than other colleges in comparison. Course Books are available in the library for SC ST students only. Classrooms are with Ac projectors mic speakers etc. for easy learning. Extracurricular activities are the leat here. Social groups like RNT Kalyan donate clothes to the poor and also food for the needy.
Admission
I'm a second-year MBBS student at RNT Medical College Udaipur. First Of all eligibility for this course is through a very tough competitive exam named NEET(national eligibility cum entrance test) where You have to compete with 20lakh students to get govt. seats there are also private seats with very high fees. The students with the subject biology in 11th and 12th are eligible for the NEET exam they must secure at least 50%marks in all three subjects named physics chemistry and biology. you should be at least 17 yr of age while writing the exam and there is no age limitation or attempt limitations. Neet is the only way to get admission to this medical College there is no other way than it. Applications are available at the NEET website the test is conducted by NTA (national testing agency). Application fees for the test were 1500 Indian rupees at my time and dates are from December up to 3-4 months and the exam is conducted in 1st week of May. No improvement is needed best process is to get a seat by eligibility.
