The Classrooms are very big and the teaching and non teaching staff which is vey good

The computer lab of our college is small and have less computers barely 2-3 which is very much annoying

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was very easy to understand and to get the bachelor's degree. The faculty members are quite good and the students are also very good. Each faculty member is highly qualified for the class they take. No doubt they are good and their method of teaching is simple so that everyone can understand. The exams are not so hard it's easy if you study throughout the year.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is not so high every child can afford it whether they belong to the middle class Or not they can easily take higher education with ease. Swami Vivekananda merit cum scholarship which helps every student to get money yearly. It's quite good

Campus Life

Every time there is a festival there is a college fest among the students. No matter which festival it is. The library section is quite good and decent you can find enormous books that satisfy your knowledge to know more. The amenities are such things that can be helpful for students. The sports are conducted every 1 or 2 weeks and it's quite good. The students union run the TMCP unit for Yuba Children Association.

Admission

I was eligible enough to be admitted to the college. The application form, fees etc. can be found when the portals will be opened at the time of admission. Yes, there is a reservation benefit among sc, st, obc they enjoy relaxation among the general candidates.

There are placements in the college campus in the last semester with several companies coming for interviews such as big 4 and big 6 companies and the placements are around 60000-70000 per month after the course.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The aspects of the curriculum which really influenced my decision was building the foundation of accounting to holding expertise, which was aligned with my goal of studying CA. The curriculum used to be upto date which give us a real time exposure. The exam used to take place in every 3 months.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
