Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen this course B.COM hons as per my convenience, and I chose this college for this course because it is near to my home and it's also the cheapest as per the course. The best part of this college is teachers are very good, loyal and hardworking in their profession they always make you understand if we have any doubt they always help us in every manner. Exams are held as per Calcutta University laws and they happen in a semester basis which means every 5 to 6 months. There are 6 semesters and we have to clear all semester to complete the course.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the colleges increase every year as per course there are also taken exam fees at the time of exams. There is no such scholarship provided by the college and there are no such placements and orientations that happen every year.
Campus Life
Every year at the end of college the annual functions are held by the students of the college and there is no such college fest held in this college. In the college, there is a big library section and there are lots of books available for every stream. In college every year there is an annual sport fest held by C.U. and there are every type of sport are available to participate in. In college, there is a canteen section and a large hall where students are sit and so social gatherings and enjoy their free time.
Admission
The admission process At the college Acharya jagdish Chandra Bose college is so easy we have to fill out the online form by going to the college's official website and making payment for the form Once the form is submitted we will get our enrolment slip. In B.Com(hons) your marks should be above 70% for general categories for other categories like ST/SC and OBC they will get some privilege in cutoff that changes every year according to the board results. The teaching methods and classroom environment is an average and there are also no such facilities for sports and no specific places for sports and Co-curriculum activities. In this college, attendance is not mandatory. The college should have to improve and develop its environment and its classrooms.
