Remarks
The college is very good and with good infrastructure. It has given a very good facilities and good faculties. Good placement cell. The college is constructing some building for the classrooms and very good canteen. Banking facilities in the campus. Still the management is trying to improve the college and the campus in an excellent way.
Entrance Preview
I took cet and comed-k as my entrance exam. I landed up in this college because, this college is good and have good placement system. There was no interview process followed in my admission time. As my interest is in the mechanical field so I chose this course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is giving every required thing in the mechanical sector and most of the things we have to do practically. The practical learning is very good with good lab facilities. The institution takes every year a good research initiative. Elective are human resource management, non-traditional machining, optimization techniques, energy and environment.
Internships Opportunities
The college is not giving any internships but we will be having industrial visit. I have not been through any kind of internships and I also don’t know much about it but my friends say that we will get a better knowledge and we will do the things practically.
Placement Experience
The placement is very good and some 80% of the students will be placed every year. Major companies come here and they are accenture, tech mahindra, seagate, indian navy, microland, emc2, alpha marine etc. the average package per year will be some 4 to 5 lakhs.
College Events
The events will be very good and last semester we were having an event called vismay 2k17 on 14 and 15 of march in the college campus itself. The events will be very big and sometimes the events will be for two days. The footfall is very large and we can hear it loudly. The college organization is good and the college authorities contribute very largely.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is affordable in paying and we have to pay about 80000 yearly. Then for the books, since our college is autonomous they will take so much of fee payment because good facilities is given to the students with free wifi all around the campus. If the college is conducting any event we have to pay for it if we are participating in it.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college gives only few scholarships and I have not applied for it. Also, the college helps in getting loans from the banks.
Campus Life
The college is very good in terms of extracurricular activities. yes, I have got some opportunities to explore my talent. The facilities for the same will be very good and large.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is good and it has given good facilities to the students. But I don’t stay here. The rooms are good and there are three sharing rooms for boys as well as girls. The payment may be about some 90000. The food is good and the dinning room is very large.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni interaction is not there. The college also has not given any student alumni interaction platform.
Exam Structure
The exams and labs do not make tired at the end of the day. But sometimes I do feel. But sometimes it will be chill culture.
Faculty
The faculties are well qualified and also have good experience in teaching. The faculties are very friendly and they are very interactive with us and they treat everyone equally. The standard of teaching is good and they give good knowledge to the students by giving better examples.
