College is an average, the faculties support the students and are very friendly with us, they are good, college campus is small, labs are not good, canteen is not good no cleanliness is maintained.
Entrance Preview
I wrote kcet entrance exam and by this I got a ranking around 34k and I got the admission in this college I was interested in robotics so I took up this college since only three colleges in Karnataka have Mechatronics engineering course. No interview process and all.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I chose was Mechatronics and it was good now we have the cbcs scheme and the syllabus is updated. No research activities in the college, there was no much preference given to the practical learning in the college the labs ar not good not updated, the elective option we have are automation, robotics, artificial intelligence etc;
Internships Opportunities
No college doesn't provide any internships, students themselves have to go in search of the internships our seniors have done internships in Bosch(paid internship) , Beml etc; I have not done any internships till now and I don't have any idea regarding the stipend amount.
Placement Experience
Placements are not so good in our college, only some 60% of the students get placed every year and top companies rarely visit our college, companies like juspay, Amazon, Flipkart have visited our college.th average package is around 5k per annum
College Events
Oxytech once in a year this is the only fest in our college, small campus the fests are not so grand kinda and all, and college doesn't invert much on all such things they are least bothered.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I got a admission through CET which was a government seat and my fees was around 47k per year and it was affordable comparing to the management seat, other than this the college takes the fees of 6k as the college fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there are many government scholarships give from the college, college doesn't even open one rupee in the name of scholarships, yes they help in getting the loan.
Campus Life
Yeah sometimes like we have some department activities going on that time we get some opportunities to explore our talents.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I am a hostalite , I would suggest not to join hostel since it is not at all good, they rarely come to clean the rooms and the toilets are not cleaned periodically, the food is good no comments on food.
Alumni/Alumna
No alumni network in our college.
Exam Structure
No, exams are chilled culture in our college, two subjects per day for the internals and for the externals we have one subject per day and exams don't make us stress and all, lab exams also we have only one internal that's it.
Faculty
The faculties are the best part of our college they are very much supportive in each and every way they try their best to keep us updated and the standard of teaching is also excellent, especially for the projects they are very supportive, all of them have m.tech degree and some are pursuing the p.hd degree. And some are experienced while some are freshers.
