Thiagarajar college have a very good hostel infrastructure

Compared to some a list colleges in chennai or coimbatore the exposure gained here is less.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the course because I wanted to join in IT industry. The faculty-student ratio is 6:120. A maximum number of faculties will have a phd. There will be three internal exams. The difficulty is level-easy to medium. Class Size: 60 Course Fees: INR 27000 per year

Placement Experience

95% placement, I got dual placement in TCS and IBM. Around 30 companies visit our college every year. First, we have an aptitude test open for all, then we have group discussion, Tech round and HR round, Yes institution had placement classes conducted by seniors

Fees and Financial Aid

Feasible as per govt Guidelines as mine is a college partly. No additional fees to be paid. They are very strict by not taking in non-merit students by getting donations. Our college is purely taking in students through engineering counselling conducted by the board

Campus Life

Our college is on the top front in all upcoming technology developments, we have big R&D labs for all departments and teachers are encouraged to do papers every now and then. We have quizzes, presentations etc. every month conducted by seniors and keep us on track to develop as intelligent professionals. We were never gender biased or any biased

Admission

Admissions 2023-24 are open to all the courses. Further, spot admissions 2023-24 of MTech/ME/MArch programs are ongoing. Candidates can apply through the official website. TNEA Counselling is ongoing for special-category students. The Online General Counselling for Academic, Govt. School 7.5% category and Vocational candidates

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

I have applied for firstly SSN and write exam but i not able to get it. I get here through TNEA, it is a counselling condued by State government for engineering students. The process is based on physics , chemistry and biology marks they give rank and you get seat according to that, i get a college and course on my preference. I choose this college because of the reputation I applied for PSG tech,CIT , TCE ,SKCT,KCT I got confirmed in TCE ,SKCT,KCT i choose this because it is a aided college,and it has reputation for Vbabout 70 years I didn't have the cut off eligibility for CIT and PSG there are two ways to join our college One is through merit based management They conduct a counselling among the applied and seat is allotted to the highest cut off holders among the attended Two is government counselling You need apply for the counselling and if you are elig You will alloted For state board you need above 188 cuttoff for management seat And above 192 for self supported seat Above 196 for aided seat...Read More
