NATA , 90 Good Infrastructure, lecture halls, design studios, computer labs etc. Were taken around and inside the campus before admissions.

The course structure is quite good, the syllabus focuses a lot on research based design problems. Along with design , building construction and electives which focus on research and thereby helping to pursue Masters programme. A few electives - Energy efficient architecture, Project Management, Urban Housing, Architecture Conservation, Interior Landscape design, Smart cities , Sustainable Planning, Entrepreneurship Development ( exclusive for this university)

Yes.We have an in-house internship cell to give exclusive training to our students and are made to work on in-house projects and projects from other clients also. Company - SLL Architects& Associates,, VPM Associates, FSO Architects, Four-D etc

A few have their own START-UPs , few of our seniors are placed in firms in Chennai , Bangalore, Delhi, Kerala, Mizoram etc... All are drawing good salary packages... A few are into teaching as faculty members in reputed colleges. A few are pursuing post graduate programmes in Architecture abroad.

Separate BOYS & GIRLS hostel: Air conditioned and Non Air conditioned rooms are available. Double & Triple sharing rooms are available for both boys and girls hostel blocks, with attached Mess Halls. PG accommodation is taken care by the students on their own.

Alumni Club - MGR ELITES is our ALUMNI wing( from 1993 batch), who are very interactive and keeps in touch with our institute.They are all well placed and visits us for interaction and gives guest lectures and are part of workshops , conference, symposiums etc. A few of our immediate seniors are placed with our Alumni's architectural firms....

There are two continuous assessments , before the final university exams with assignments and project work and end semester VIVA VOCE for studio based subjects are evaluated by an external examiner. The schedule for assessments and time table are designed in such a way as to give ample time for preparation.

Applied for NATA - National Aptitude Test for Architecture, took the exam and Qualified in NATA exam scoring above the cut-off marks. Applied with the college application form, , total seats offered were 80 , and after screening and interview got into the college.

Most of the faculty members are Post graduates and Doctorates with professional practice and expertise. Faculty members are dedicated and committed and most willingly stay after college hours to help students with design. They mould and guide us and make us industry-ready for internship and help us with our portfolios. We have faculty members handling subjects of inter-disciplinary nature from their respective departments.
