- Placement, institute is well renowned for the placements it provide,Least is 14 LPA and avg around 29 for ECE students.

Dislikes
- Welfare things ,like mess food is not as good when compared to the fee we are paying.
- Campus size 😅,not really 100 acers,compact one.
- Management , management here is lazy and don't solve students problems quickly.
Course Curriculum Overview
I thought of joining only in the IT/CSE branch but because I am a general student I am not able to get admission to CSE/IT into top colleges. When I did a little research I found this college is better compared to Top nits. In our batch of(153) 6 professors are present. And for each subject 5-6 teaching assistants are available. Teaching methods are not much appreciated. But exceptionally Santhibushan sir and Himanshu Mourya are really good.
Internships Opportunities
Intern season starts as 2nd is completed, by the end of the intern season around 80 students get interned. Companies like Sprinkler, Google, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs visit and recruit students for interns they provide a minimum of stipend 50k per month and a maximum of 2lacks per month.
Placement Experience
IT Allahabad has a strong record of campus placements, with top companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Goldman Sachs, Sprinkler and Adobe visiting the campus to recruit students. In the 2021-22 placement season, a total of 417 offers were made to students. The average package for B.Tech IT students was 34 LPA, while for B.Tech ECE students it was 29 LPA. A high percentage of eligible students, 96%, were placed in the 2021-22 placement season.
Fees and Financial Aid
Compared to remaining IIITs the fee we are paying here is less, but the fee is high here around 11 lack per 4 years. SC/ST/PWD students have a full fee waiver for course fees, they only have to pay for the accommodation of hostel rooms and mess. SC/ST/PWD students can avail of their fee waiver from the NSP portal.
Campus Life
EFFERVESCE -Annual cultural fest happens around Oct/Nov. ASMITA - Annual sports fest happens in FEB. APROKSHA- Annual Technical Fest happens in March. The library is well equipped but the area is small, so more students cannot for into it. All classrooms are central Air conditioned, and well equipped with projectors. Sports culture is not a great one on this campus, The Campus is small, and less sports equipment is available.
Hostel Facilities
Welfare Facilities on this campus are not up to mark. Mainly the Mess. The food is not good and needs to be adjusted as per ke other campus. The Boys Hostel of IT Allahabad Campus is located across the road from the main campus and consists of five buildings: BH1, BH2, BH3, BH4, and BH5. The hostel provides a lively atmosphere for students and research scholars with a residential capacity of about 1850.
Admission
The admission process is through JEE Mains only. You can directly apply for the Jee exam on the NTA website. Prior reservations will be given for ST/SC students and PWD candidates. Girls have a special reservation quota irrespective of caste reservation. It would be suggested to cut the reservations for OBC students, even though they have more annual income they get benefits by the name of caste.
