Remarks

Major drawback- its a girls college. Think before u step in here. I would rate 4/10 for this college. Only thing is that this is our skirts of Mysore and helpful or village side girls who want to get into engineering.

Entrance Preview

I got admission in this college via CET. I didn't like to much pay fee for my studies so joined this college and I'm totally unsatisfied. You can also get seat here through COMEDK and management quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is an engineering college and offer courses in BE like CS, ME, CS, EC, EE and many more. I have chosen EC which I kind of feel is the most in demand branch. I also suggest most of you to chose EC if BE.

Internships Opportunities

It's only BE/B.Tech college and no internship here. I wouldn't probably suggest anyone to peruse their internship here.

Placement Experience

You not much have a chance of getting placed in a campus selection. It's a girl college so u might expect something but that something ain't big. Not many big companies come here for placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Comparison with other BE/B.Tech college in Mysore I somewhere feel GSSS college fee is quite less and affordable. The managements seats also doesn't count much.

They support a lot of sports activities for girls.

Very unsatisfactory faculty. I really understand much better when I self study rather than listening to lectures.I feel unnecessary to attend lectures due to this.

the curriculum is practical up to date and the assignments are project based that encourages better understanding. the assignments are also real world based that require ,the students, to undestand the subjects better. there are 3 internal test with lab tests include that test the student's knowledge in the subject

the eligibily might be from 3rd year. There are several companies such as capegemini hitachi patym dmart. 700 offers are offered. Highest is 25 lakh and average is around like 5 lakh. After the completion of my degree i would like to persue higher studies like MS.

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements

The 6th,7th and 8th semesters are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies visiting campus but it differs every year. The highest package is 7L-8L and the lowest package is 3L. My plan after getting a degree is to get a job in a good company.
