I have chosen this Geoinformatics course for my interest in geographical studies. This course is very easy to study because of our faculties in our college they were superb faculties in our college and their teachings were very excellent and they gave notes for study.

Class Size: 37Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Our seniors were everyone were placed in the companies. The companies like Zoho, hexamaps, trimple, etc. These are the companies providing jobs for our college. The maximum salary was 400000 per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

University of Voc Engineering College in Thoothukudi is a government college so the fee structure is much less compared to other colleges. The first graduate in the family has to pay only half of the fees compared to others The normal fee structure of the college is 30000. And the college will provide scholarships according to their caste.

Campus Life

The campus of our college is quietly damaged infrastructure but the environment is very calm. There are many clubs in our colleges NSS, sports, etc. In sports, our college is very interested and our faculty are very useful in training the students.

Hostel Facilities

Our college hostels had a very good atmosphere. In our college, most of the students were stayed in a hostel. The hostel foods were tasty. They were provided two non-vegetarians for the host students and they were given snacks and coffee in the time of evening.

Hostel Fee: INR 38000 per year

I have applied for this course through Tamilnadu Engineering Counseling online. I have chosen this course as unique. I have been selected for the third round of counseling and I have kept this course as a third option and I have selected for this course.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.
