Remarks
On an overall basis I feel this is the mistake of my life. The main drawback is it is only girls College with less number of events and activities. The faculty is also a reason.
Entrance Preview
It is the only girls engineering College in Mysore so most of them will be aware of it. There was not much interview process. I got into this college by getting seat allotted through CET. I chose BE course because I feel it's the best.
Course Curriculum Overview
The branch I have chosen in BE course is Electronics and communication engineering. This don't have much of lab classes. They more concentrate on theory and very few lab classes. The syllabus of the branch is based on Belgaum VTU.
Internships Opportunities
Heard it from seniors that this college does not provide any internship opportunities to any of the graduates either from this college or from the other colleges. They don't insist people to do internships after UG rather they suggest either to get placed or do PG course.
Placement Experience
I feel the placement are really well here. Not many big companies come here for campus interviews but very less companies come but they do give good packages to the students whom they select. I will average package would be about 4 to 5 lakhs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee what I felt for my good CET rank was really high. Getting about 23,000 CET rank and paying fees about 45,000 is really costly and me being from a poor background feel it's very hard to afford it.
Faculty
The faculty are much and interested in teaching. The lab classes really go very well and are more exciting than the theory classes. They experienced faculty do much nuisance in the classes where as the freshers really teach well.
