I don't feel this is much good college to do engineering. I joined here only because of my bad cet rank. I don't think you must probably join here but think twice if you are if you have any plans to join this college.
Entrance Preview
The college admission doesn't as that much good demand as other colleges like SJCE and NIE have in Mysore. It is government based college so it is much is known to people. They allow admissions through CET and COMEDK.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college is affiliated to VTU of Belgaum. I have chosen mechanical engineering in the BE course. Mechanical branch includes more of workshops than theory classes.
Internships Opportunities
They do not offer any internship opportunities for the undergraduates. They do provide internship is like entrepreneurship and many more for the post graduates in this college.
Placement Experience
It is quite government based college so many colleges come here for compaus interviews including many reputed and hig companies. Though there are many companies probability of getting placed is only about 1/2.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Annual fee at adds up about 40,000 to 50,000 in this college which is really cheap enough. Since it is a government College it is it is very low fee. They aim on delivering degree to everyone including poor.
Faculty
I really don't like the faculty over here. Many unexperienced staff especially in labs face a bit of problem kn delivering the subject to the students. They lecturers handling theory classes do a great job over in here.
