Life at RGUKT -Nuzvid

Our college has an exam cell which is solely responsible for course curriculum and other exam-related fields. Our exam cell provides us with 2-semester exams with 6 monthly exams in the span of an academic year. Well, I chose this course because the placement history of this college is very high about 68% for every year. To my knowledge, there are enough faculty for every branch, for about in the ratio of 50:1 faculty-student ratio. Most of all our college faculties were very highly qualified and experienced in this field. And the teaching methods they follow are excellent. Of course, we've had every month's exam with 4 weekend years, however, they are not much difficult to pass since our faculty provide enough materials and teach in very friendly methods.

The college gave us two projects one is major and another one is minor. Which will help us to build our resumes as well as utilize all the knowledge we've gained so far. The main goal of this project is to get on-field experience for students. Students will get internship opportunities in the role of software Intern with a minimum 10000rs stipend.

The college has a higher Placement ratio than any other college in our surroundings with more than 65% Placement ratio. The students will get their internship opportunities from their 5th year onwards which will help them get in place before they graduate. Our college has collaborated with more than 50 MNC companies like Tata Consultancy, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. The average salary package they offer in the role of software is 50 lakh per annum. More than 50 percent of students will get placed in the campus interviews. Well, I planning to go for higher studies in the USA.

We've a financial section for a fee-related help desk which is very resourceful and convenient for students to know about their fees. However, most of the students get financial help from the govt in the form of scholarships except for those students whose parents have govt jobs. However, the college never pressures students about the fees until the college days end.

The campus life in our college is filled with joy fun with full of knowledge. Every year we have a tech fest called TeckZite which is a national tech fest that has participation at the national level which is all about the technologies important in our lives. Other than that we celebrate some festivals like Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, and farewell parties, etc,. Best of our college we have a central library which contains very useful books which are very resourceful and helpful in preparing for higher education. And we have a play ground of around 3 acres with all game materials available. And mainly our college has NCC, and NSS as extracurricular activities. Finally, the fests and programs were organized by the student clubs named Student Mitra, Helping Hands, and SDCAC.

The admission process in our college is a completely online mode, they first invite college admissions via online mode then they will shortlist the candidates based on the previous year's (10th class) marks and then invite them to the nearest campus for document verification after the successful verification the candidates will get placed in the college. The eligibility criteria is that they must score high marks in their 10th class. The applications were available online between June and July, usually, the application fee will be 100rs except for special category students. Our college gives first priority to the rural area students. Also provide some reservations in the NCC, Sports special category, etc.
