Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is very much huge. Faculty members are good in number. Actually to be a doctor is my passion so I have chosen this course. The faculty-student ratio is very low. student seat has become very much more. Qualifications of the faculties are good. They are both MBBS and MD. The term exam is regular and it is too difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

The internship at my college is under the government. The government pays the students for internships. Externs are also present. Internships at our college have not been started till now. The final-year seniors will do internships after 1 year.

Placement Experience

3

From 5th semester students get hostel placement. I dont know such details. It is a new college so till now no students get placed. My plan after getting this degree is to prepare for my NEET PG and to seek a job in a government hospital.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees structure is not too high and scholarship opportunities are not Also too much financial assistance is not too good. The cost of the study is 12000 per year. The name of the scholarship is Juboshree. It gives me only 20000 per year.

Campus Life

3.5

Life on campus is good. Social life is also good. The name of the annual fest of our college is friagma and Scientifesta. Recently our fest is going on in September. The availability of books and journals in our library is not so good. Sports and other activities also happen as pre-fest events. The social group run by our college students is the tmcp unit.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel facilities are too good but the canteen problem is there. No canteen is present in the hostel. We got a bed, a mattress, an almira, a table and a chair in the hostel room. AC is not available. Meal quality is average.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is 50 percent in the 12th board. I found the application form from nta website. I went to a cyber cafe and did my fill-up. Application fees are 1500 rs. No benefits of my reservation are found to me, there is only a 1 or 2 marks difference between the general quota and obc cut-off. I want some improvement in the admission process in MBBS that the reservation system should be deducted.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is completely based on NMC new guidelines. Along with the theory classes where we know the structure and their working in dissection we actually see them on cadaver . Lectures should be more interesting as it's get boring to literally listen the concepts for first time like a story and at the end we forget everything

Course Curriculum Overview:

Medical field is a really good field in my opinion to serve humankind and learn about science of nature and life!the curriculum is a little overpaced and there are 19 subjects which are taught in a timespan of 4.5 years which is a bit hectic! There are 4 professional exams and 9 semesters which have pretty good difficulty and assess our skills and education. We have regular examinations in around 4-5 months each. Only thing id like to change in the curriculum is better assessment of many topics which are taught pretty well but aren't examined much leading us to waste our time in focussing on them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well, mbbs is very hard and long term process. You will be bored in 1st year because you cant get real clinical cases. But in Final year, 3rd Prof Part 2, you will get huge pressure. Because there are total 11 subjects, you should study in final year. It is a great burden for all. I'm not satisfied with Nmc curriculum. They are not thinking about students. They are implement their rules in chilled ac room. But they don't know the real scenarios.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite planned and great and has a lot of advantages in having a clinical and learning diagnostic approach to various diseases. One area where the curriculum can improve is by having more practical classes rather than theoretical classes. The exams are quite difficult but are quite planned to make you understand the clinician and the passing percentage is 50 percent.
