Location of IIT Delhi is good It is situated in South Delhi.

Dislikes

Campus is very small as compare to which I expected during preparation
Weather is very bad of Delhi. It is very cold in winters and very hot in summers

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is very good in this college and I am very happy to take this course. However, it is a new course in college. I am a student of 3rd batch. And professor of our department are very friendly and very good in their profession

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 238000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very high compared to the average salary of family of a student here. This is all after BJP government became the central government. They all of sudden doubled the fees of all IITs just after Narender Modi became prime minister

Campus Life

Very good life for lower branch students. Because they don't have any academic pressure. However, the higher branch's academic curriculum is very tough. They study whole the time. Eight your campus life, make it accurate considering all the pros and cons.

Admission

Eligibility is Jee mains exam was conducted. I cleared that and then I appeared for the JEE Advanced exam in the year 2022. I scored good marks and ranked in this exam due to which I was admitted to the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi

Placement Experience:

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

The placement status of the college is nice but specially the older status was amazing and the seniors told me that this year was the recession time so the placement was not so good but it will be good with time

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

So placement cell is not present in college because of low intake of students but the students are very skilled to crack Gsoc , and other internship opportunities which lands them into big company.Also very good alumni network is present in college which boosts the placement of college.

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.

Summary of IIT-D

I applied in many colleges like SIT, VIT, BITS Pilani, Different branches of IIT, NITS. I had no thoughts of joing this college specifically. I chose the best one comparing with other colleges. I got no rejection because of my entrance exams results. To get admission into IIT, one needs to successfully crack JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED. M.Tech CSE IIT DELHI Review

I chose IIT Delhi because it has the best faculties and a strong alumni network. Besides this the research aspects here are better than other colleges. I had applied to IIT bombay, IIT Jodhpur, IIT madras and IIT kanpur but I got offer for IIT Delhi before all the other colleges. The admission process is common for all iits as it happens through GATE score and the COAP portal.
