- The outside of the campus is very congested
- The metro is very far away from campus so many of us can't opt for it
- There is no playground near our college so there's less opportunity to practice sports
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to choose this course because it is such a noble profession. The faculty: student ratio is 1: 10-15, The faculty are specialized doctors and they follow a very effective way of teaching. The term exams are in the interval of 3 months and the questions were mainly from the classes we attended.
Internships Opportunities
Rotatory internship, and internship in Aamdanga, Beleghata are the exposure we get and the monthly stipend is 28, 500. The projects of Community Medicine and Rabies are held. There are different health camps that give us the exposure we need.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is 4500 per semester and the hostel fee is very low, the hostel is provided with many facilities. The library can be used free of cost and the classrooms are appropriate for 250 students. The practical classes are provided with advanced instruments.
Campus Life
The annual fest is Lobelia and the medi fest is Therapeuo and they are conducted in August and September respectively. There is an availability of books required for studies. Different sports are held during the fest. There are Instagram and Facebook pages run by students.
Admission
Applying for the science stream and sitting for the NEET exam is a must to be eligible for applying in this course. The application form, application dates, and fees are there on the official website of the college. If the theory classes are online then it'll be easier for many students.
