- Faculty is very friendly and helpful. Even though the course is very demanding but we don't feel that much pressure.
- The college is near Shyambazar 5 point. The location is quite accessible via bus, auto, metro, etc.
- Campus Life is quite vibrant. Seniors are very friendly. They help us in studies and involve us in various fun activities.
Dislikes
- The road infront of us gets flooded often during monsoon.
- The nearest Metro station is quite far away.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I had a keen interest in how the human body works. Our family doctor was quite a big inspiration for this. Faculties are made up of experienced doctors who love to teach us the art of medicine. The teaching method is according to NMC guidelines which is very student friendly. The term exams are taken thrice a year along with an annual University exam around April-May. The exams are not a breeze as the subject itself is quite demanding. But the professors do help us in such situations.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite affordable in my opinion. It requires 4500rs for each semester. Students can also apply for various scholarships and financial assistance. They can also participate in various research projects that provide a stipend to participants.
Campus Life
Our annual fest is named LOBELIA. We also have an academic fest named THERAPEUO. Both of these are conducted around August and September. The library is quite huge with an enormous supply of Books, notes and other study materials. We have a soccer, and cricket club. Our Cultural club is quite active and big. We have fully air-conditioned lecture theatres.
Admission
I was a science student in 12th and got 91 percent in HS boards(whoever wants to appear for NEET must get >60% in boards in PCB subjects). I had to appear in NEET exam(2020). The admission process was quite easy and could be done from the NTA website. The application fee is quite reasonable. One could know all about this from the NTA website itself.
