- The metro facility is located about 1 km away from here .so u need to walk a lot. However buses are frequent
- The rain fills the area outside the campus.so monsoon is a difficult time
Course Curriculum Overview
Being a doctor is a dream for many aspirants and I dreamt of being a doctor since my childhood. The faculty: student ratio is 1:250 for lecture classes However, in the practical classes, we form a mini group of 5 to 10 students (1:10) The teachers/professors are qualified doctors and very good teachers, especially in the practical classes The exams are in the semesters and MB Final university exams Pretty difficult and vast, which is the same for every medical in india
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost to study is very very minimal Even the fees can be adjusted in the stipend Provided during the internship Scholarships are available for the economic week and SC/st The internship provides a decent stipend of above 28k per month
Campus Life
The annual cultural fest is named LOBELIA And the annual med fest is named THERAPEAU Mainly conducted in August and September Books and journals are present in the college library. Pretty much-updated classrooms have all the necessary amenities Projector, microphones, AC , fans , lighting, instruments There are lots of events in every sport Like cricket, football , badminton etc here
Admission
To get into this medical college, you must clear the NEET UG examination and get a decent rank. You must have PCB in your 12th grade. Since this college is one of the top colleges in Kolkata, admission is very competitive here. You need to get within 15k AIR ( in the UR category).
