Course Curriculum Overview
The doctor is the most honorable and precious profession. A doctor can save the lives of many patients. so I want to become a doctor to serve people. The ratio is almost 1:7. The faculties are very helpful and they have deep knowledge in the respective subject. The exams are taken per 3 months. It is moderately hard.
Internships Opportunities
The internship duty is done in the College campus as well as in Bagbazar Amdanga because the college campus is not enough for our practice. The internship is done for many skills. we learn a lot about diseases; clinical cases and patient history taking. We increase our practical knowledge during internship which is very helpful for our future profession.
Fees and Financial Aid
Per semester 4500 is given to the student section. the 4500 fees are not increasing because it is a govt college. so we get help there are a total of 9 semesters. Scholarships are provided for reservation categories and for the students who score good in-class exams in internship stipend is given.
Campus Life
Lobelia(Annual) and Medifest(Academical Fest) In September it is conducted. The library is very well furnished with books. we get many books according to our choice and we can study in the library. The classroom is very big to accommodate 250 students. There are projector benches black boards microphones. There is a big sports ground and also table tennis badminton carrom playing facilities. Cultural programs are also held Lobelia metamorfosis reminiscence are run by students.
Admission
R.G. Kar Medical College provides an MBBS course. The minimum criteria for the course is a 10+2 pass and 50% in 10+2 in the science stream and must have passed in NEET UG exam. The application form is available on www.nta.nic.in the application fee is 1500.
