Course Curriculum Overview
I want to pursue mechanical engineering, but my rank didn't satisfy cutoff for this branch in iit delhi .so I took similar departmental branch.faculty are highly qualified done masters and PhD from big foreign universities in their respective field.
Fees and Financial Aid
For OBC students academic fee per year is around 120000 whose family income is between 3-5 lakh , which is less as compared to other colleges except iit. Also easier loan availablity helps for middle class family.
Campus Life
Iitd has two annual fest rendezvous which is cultural fest and tryst which is technical fest.they mostly occurs in the month October. Sports is highly rooted in iit's . Many sport event occurred in iit's like inter iit , individual sport competition, G.C etc. There are many clubs in our college like formula 1 club , debating club , music club . Social group are like bsw ,bhm,brca etc .
Hostel Facilities
Hostle facility are average .triple sharing room during 1and 2year later single room is assigned. Meal quality is average according to my experience. Registration process for hostel in iit delhi is not in our hand , hostel is randomly assigned to fresher.
Admission
I got admission through clearing jee main and jee advanced and satisfy my branch cutoff which is ( 1009-2251) rank in OBC category. In order to clear jee advanced,jee main has to be cleared first .
