Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the MBBS course as I wanted to be a doctor and I have to do this course to be one. our total no. Of students is 250 and our student-to-faculty ratio is close to 30:1. The faculty members are really experienced in their own respective fields. The professional exams and semesters are a little difficult but you can pass easily by studying consistently for 3-4 hours a day. In the 5 years of MBBS, you will have 4 professional exams at the end of the year and 9 semesters.
Internships Opportunities
In medical colleges, you perform 1 year of mandatory internship in India and in most cases, it's in your own college. Stipend during internship varies from state to state in my state it's 30K and it can be as low as 5K in meso states.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee hike is minimal Government colleges like ours don't require much fees it's about 50K in 5.5 years of MBBS but for Private MBBS colleges, it can range from lakhs to crores. I personally haven't applied for any scholarship. The stipend during 1-year internship is 30K in our college.
Campus Life
Campus Life is good. Yes there is a bit of toxicity as found in almost all colleges across India but still, everything is fine. The hospital is inside our campus and the hostels are very close and even inside the campus. Extracurricular activities play a huge role in our lives music dance sports all competitions are held throughout the year during freshers and fests.
Admission
Eligibility is that in 12 th board exam, you must have Biology as a subject among the 6 subjects and you must have a minimum of 50% marks in your 12th board exam application form can be found on the NTA website just before the NEET exam. The admission process is done online would be very helpful for the students sometimes the college in which admission is taking place is too far away from home.
