There is a pm hospital in the university for the students and faculty.
Our university encourages us in many field like sports dance.

Dislikes

Hostel is situated in a remote sensing area.
They have created a huge pressure on the students.

I opted for the course because there are ample opportunities to advance my career. The faculty-to-student ratio is more than satisfactory. Most of the faculty members graduated from IARI and have earned gold medals. Term exams are conducted on a weekly basis, making it easy for students who attend classes regularly to pass.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 2450 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I had to pay 9000 rupees which includes admission fees and first-year fees and I have to pay 2450 rupees every year for year fees. I had got a state government scholarship. Our college has provided a scholarship for the semester topper only.

Campus Life

The campus is a very clean and peaceful place. Our university has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The social programs held at our university have greatly enriched us. Additionally, our university has organized inter-college sports and singing competitions.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is not good enough. The hostel building is almost going to be collapsed. There is no availability of breakfast and supper in my hostel. The quality of food is below average. I think that I have paid more than the value of the service I got.

Admission

I got admission based on my results, and the cutoff is 95 percent for the general category. Now, admission is also being offered through CUET and ICAR UG entrance tests. There is a website 'visvabharati ac. in' where you can find the admission process and fee structure.

Placement Experience:

In my University they provide us to seat for the interview of those recruiting companies after 3rd semester online so this is a great opportunity for us to have an experience event because if we read for 4 year course after 1 and half year only we are getting chance to say for the interview and the companies here comes for recruitment are very renowned companies companies like Flipkart Amazon Myntra and many others TCS consultancy they always to visit for recrating so I will suggest that the placement provide by the university is good and 75 to 80% of student getting successfully placed from the university into good companies and with an average salary of 6 lpa to 9lpa

The exam was divided into 3 parts I.e 1st mock (15) marks,2nd mock(15 mark) and then final (50mark) and rest 20 mark as practiCal and field work.the students who do class regularly,is easy to pass because teachers are awesome..but if anyone miss class then it's hard to understand by reading books. The guard during exam is too hard..so those students who read concentrately are passed easily .. and those who don't read whole year and only read exam night they failed..

A Peaceful, Culturally Rich Journey at Visva-Bharati University

I chose VBU over other colleges because of its peaceful campus, strong language programmes and unique academic environment inspired by Rabindranath tagore's vision. I had also applied to JNU and EFLU, but after careful comparison I found VBU more aligned with my learning style and personal goals. The UNIVERSITY offers a more focused and supportive setting with smaller class sizes and close student-teacher interaction which is ideal for studying a language like Japanese. The admission process was conducted through the CUET( COMMON UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE TEST) . The eligibilty was 10+2 with a valid CUET score. For Japanese VBU considers marks of either ENGLISH or GENERAL TEST whichever you get higher marks in.
