Course Curriculum Overview
I'm a student of Palli Siksha Bhavana, Institute of Agriculture, and the faculty members are highly qualified. Most of them worked as scientists in IARI , NDRI and other organisations. Some of the professors worked as ADO, deputy collector and other administrative posts. And maximum professors are gold medalist.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for admission are around 8000 and you have to pay 2580 per annum, for the general category, and 1700 something for the SC or ST category. Hostel fees are affordable and it's around 350 per month and for the reserved category, it's totally free. You get a scholarship from the university if you are in the top 20 students of your batch.
Campus Life
Seniors are very helpful and no ragging is there. Many cultural programs are organized by the students here and Visva Bharati has a different tradition followed by both students and teachers during any occasion. And the sports department is very active. They arrange for different types of games and sports.
Admission
We were admission during a pandemic and that's why we got admission here on the basis of marks in HS. But generally, they take an admission test which is known as CUET and according to the merit list, they give you admission here.
