Likes

Really like how the faculty provides a well defined mentorship just as the 1st sem starts.
A lot of different hackathons take place throughout the 4 years for students interested in taking part in those to improve their technical skills.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are quite immersive with their teaching skills with most of the faculties having a doctorate (PHDs) in their subjects. They are quite helpful at the time of placements as well because they're the ones who can recommend you to the companies as the college representative for a certain branch.

Placement Experience

Placements are quite good in the college with one of the highest on-campus placements going as far as 44LPA and an off-campus placement going even as high as 77LPA, which sounds really untrue but it is, in fact true. You can still go ahead and try to crack various govt. exams if you're in a core branch or not.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think there are quite a few ways for new candidates to avail new and upcoming scholarship opportunities that are quite helpful to most of the students, especially the students who can avail of the reservation quota and minority quota.

There are quite a few social clubs in the JECRC Foundation. Suhasini, the girl empowerment club, spreading awareness about saving girl children; Soch, taking care of cleanliness in and around the college and even in the whole city itself; Aashayein, solely focused on providing blood of any group to any patient in need around Jaipur; Zarurat, a club that focuses on providing a free elementary education to kids around JECRC Foundation.

Hostel Facilities

There are 2 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel in JECRC Foundation. BH-1 is 2 seater and BH-2 is 3 seater and GH is 3 seater as well. The hostel fee is 90K per year i.e., 90K for 2 semesters which may vary according to the RTU calendar. The food is far better as compared to any tiffins or messes around the college.

Admission

Yes I took an entrance exam, it is known as REAP also known as Rajasthan Engineering Admission Programme, througb which a rank is decided primarily based on the candidate's JEE rank and secondarily based on their 12th percentage.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
