Remarks

Management is co-operative and supportive. Course structure and faculty are very nice. Students are friendly and studying in groups also is interesting.

Entrance Preview

There is two-phase of examination first is Written and second is an interview. Because of faculty and placement review, i opt for this college. First, i filled the form I go through the entrance exam. If ur passed then ur selected. The experience was awesome I met my b.des 1st year teacher in an interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

Totally 5 subjects we have to read in the 1st year my favorite was drawing and sketching and history of arts.all the sub-subjects are very interesting

As I m the B. Design 1st year but the review from senior was good

College Events

Annual events are Fabulous. Many events were organized like a fashion show, Nukkar Natak, a battle of band.i also participated in the fashion show. Really have so much fun

Hostel Facilities

Full AC room with personal almirah and cupboard. mess food is good

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

No that much difficult. Yes, I get the result on time.

The experience was lovely with my faculty I want to always connect with them and gain more and more knowledge from then...both the teacher are my favorite

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course cuz the curriculum includea almost everything. Nothing could ever prepare someone for real world applications until unless you step out in the real world itself. The rush before the exams. I wish the teachers would manage it better. The first semester was horrible due to this. The end term exams start almost after a month of mid terms which makes the semester end exam quite difficult.

In college, we used to get many facilities which are necessary for a student. In every way, our school manager sir and other teachers used to cooperate very well so that the children do not face any problem. The children liked their style of teaching very much. They used to come to the class at an accurate timing of their study time and used to put up questions etc. to the children one by one.

Amity is not as bad as you might think.

Placement Experience:

From the third year you're eligible for campus placement. The placement is not that great as of now since asft is pretty new and they're still fetching companies but there are options. The campus placement advisors are pretty great and helpful. And even if you don't find campus placement, there are a lot of openings now for the same since fashion designing has become pretty popular since the last few years

Reality Of Joining NIFT As A Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Interested in footwear design and then lifestyle goods so I opted for leather design. 8 teachers: 29 students in the leather department and 1 lab assignment and also taught by industrial designers. Good quality of education with an upgraded method which is very much practical with the trend. in 6 months I.e in 1 semester = midterm(30) + end term (30) + final jury exam (40). It is a continuous evaluation of a project in which one should present everything in the final jury exam.
