IIITDM Jabalpur Review!

I always wanted to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. at my rank, I was getting the branch in IIITDM Jabalpur. There are many faculties for a particular subject or field. they are all helpful and friendly. It was easy to pass the exams as faculties taught better and referred to good books for self-study.

Many companies like Goldman Sachs, amazon, google, Microsoft, and Flipkart give internship opportunities to students. students can apply for internships even from the second year itself. foreign companies, also provide interships.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, and other famous companies visit campus for placements and hire students. average package of the last batch is 23 lpa. The percentage of students getting placements is above 80 percent. my plans after getting the degree are to find a suitable job and pursue higher studies.

My Academic + hostel fees are Rs 83000 per semester and 15000 mess fee which is optional. cost to study is relatively very low from other iiits and some nit/iits. MCM scholarship is also provided for students. state scholarship and others can be availed by students.

Cultural Fest at IIITDM Jabalpur is called Tarang. This year Tarang'23 will be celebrated in the month of November. Tech fests and other competitions are also held in the institute over the year. all the necessary course books are available at the library. Along with these Novels and biographies are also available. all classrooms have ACs in them along with projectors, blackboards, and all necessary amenities. All major sports have their clubs on campus. cricket Badminton, Table tennis, chess, football and many other clubs have their own importance. cultural clubs like music, dance, literature, photography, art and craft, etc. are also on the campus.

Facilities provided in the room are a bed, study table, chair, and a walled cupboard. Rooms are large and spacious. Food in the central mess is of good quality. hostel is compulsary for iiitdm jabalpur. Its fees are taken along with the academic fees. it's very much more affordable than other colleges. renting the room is not allowed as the college is far from the city and it's not affordable to rent a room so away from the institute. Also, the rooms are quite clean and spacious so there is no need to rent the room of PG.

To take admission to IIITDM Jabalpur I had to qualify JEE Mains Exam. The admission process was through the JoSaa site. My rank was 52261 and so I was alloted mechanical engineering at IIITDM Jabalpur. You will find all the necessary information on the josaa site once you clear the Jee main exam. There are reservation benefits. Category students can apply for scholarship programs from college. the admission process was smooth.
