Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the Computer Science and Engineering course in PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur because I like the magical world inside computers and also because the placements are quite impressive. My schedule is quite busy and exams are frequent.

Internships Opportunities

The College also provides a lot of internship opportunities with has a great coding culture. Companies like Microsoft, airtel, amazon, and Bloomberg take students for internships with a quite good stipend.

Placement Experience

The On-Campus Placements provided in the college are quite impressive. Many big tech giants like Microsoft, Amazon, goldmann sachs, etc. come to the campus for on-campus recruitments, the average package for CSE is 25 lakhs in 2022.

Fees and Financial Aid

Like any other NIT and IIT colleges IIITDM jabalpur also has an average fee of 900000 for four years, and there is fee relief for the reserved candidates, and other than that it also has scholarships for merit students and other MP students.

Campus Life

Campus Life at IIITDM jabalpur is best. There are a lot of clubs for different things like cultural clubs, technical clubs, programming clubs, and many more. and a lot of fests. The library is quite big with all the books available.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel Facilities are quite good Hostel Rooms are already provided with a Table, chair, fan,lan port, almirah, and bed. Mess food quality in college is good enough and they try to maintain proper hygiene.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

I got admission to PDPM IIIT Jabalpur via Jee Mains. My CRL was 15526. To get admission to this college one should clear the JEE examination and should appear in JOSAA counselling for B.Tech courses. I think the process for admission is good and no improvement is required.

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Jiwaji University Honest Review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
