The labs are well-equipped. There are qualified lecturers and the encouraging principal. The sports events are held at the college and inter-college levels.

I wrote engineering entrance exam to join this course, Since it was a autonomous engineering college we have to write the entrance exam. It was my father ambition to do engineering, so i am fulfilling.

My department was Mechanical Engineering. My department caters to regional and global resource requirements.The students of this departments stood as college toppers. The practical learning was more concentrated.

Internship allowed the students to get quality education my college is offering the internship for the third year students. They are very eager to do internship in the company and to get the better industrial exposure.

College had quite a number of companies that had taken interviews. A good number of students got placed in those interviews with good packages of around 3 to 6 lakhs each of the year, and this has increased now and is growing constantly.

PRISM is the annual cultural event of the pragati engineering college conducted every year without fail. It is one of the major event in this college. Many technical events for the separate departments are conducted for the students.

The fee in this college eighty thousand for the Under Graduate students, and for the Post Graduate students it is Seventy thousand. The fee is very high in this college.

The college provide ten thousand rupees as a scholarship for the students who are getting gold medals in their University. Many rewards are given for the students who are achieving in sports and other competitions.

The college has large and spacious play ground as well as the facilities for the indoor games.Basement Blue is the name of cultural club in my college, all the students can be a member in the club.This club provides an opportunity to bring out the innate talents from the students.

My college have separate hostel for the boys and girls, the Post graduate students are allowed to set free in the separate hostel. The hostel fee is fifty thousand including the GYM and Wi-Fi facility. The hostel are very neat and clean.

The college conducts alumni meet every year without fail, Students form the college who are all joined in the reputed companies are invited for the alumni interaction network program, They are contributing much for the college.

Exams are very easy to attend and reply for the faculty members, They are guiding us to practice for the main exams, special training are given for the students who are really slow in their studies.

The college faculty members continuously upgrading the skills and knowledge. The faculty members executes research and projects to the national and international level standards. My department has more than 50 number of faculty members.
