Remarks

There are words becomes less to highlight all the experience I have got in the college. I am really missing those days.

Entrance Preview

I have got entrance in Mechanical department for 4 years Engineering programme affiliated by GTU. I have got entrance there by online rounds of admission based upon the percentage hired in HSC science. I habe easily got admission there as I have good points in HSC. The college have nice atmosphere as well as good teachers brings me to get admission there.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I have selected in was mechanical engineering, one of the best courses over others. Mechanical department have best faculties than other colleges in Ahmedabad. The course curriculum contains mechanism of machinery, HVAC systems, Automobile engineering, Strength of materials etc.

Internships Opportunities

There was great experience of internship as there is many MNC companies arrived for placements. Also our placement co-ordinators supports us well for the same. I have also selected in one of the MNC company with good package.

Placement Experience

There was good placements & job opportunities as MNC copanies were arrived for the placements.

College Events

There was 'Technix' Technical festival celebrated every year. Other college students were also take participation in the same.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees were enough in our budgets and I have also got scholarship for this course. There was good food in canteen which we have enjoyed with our friends.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have got scholarship in each year of the course for submission of fees in the college.

Campus Life

The campus life was much good than other colleges as there was nice environment. Gender ratios for mechanical branch was 90:10 for Boys:Girls. Extra curricular activities were also good. All competitions like robotics and other technical events were celebrated in the 'Technix'. Laboratories are good enough to understand all mechanisms related to course.

Alumni/Alumna

I will rate Alumni network and senior students as 10 upon 10 as they were all have supportive nature.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Daily life of an engineering student.

At first , i wanted to enroll in a government engineering clg , due my financial situation, But my score was low in the diploma thats why i got a seat in the government polytechnic in rajkot , but it is far from the ahmedabad and my father had recently passed away, so couldn't leave behind my mother .
