Teacher are really very loyal of studies and studies very smoothly

Rooms are very bad no paint in 18 years. No air condition in any student room
Placement is too less cause avarage students are not selected in placement

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen the Electrical engineering course cause this is my favourite, and my father, and mother forced me to select electrical engineering there are many brothers of mine selected this course so I selected this course

Class Size: 400Course Fees: INR 1300 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are really good cause there are many companies like ZINDAL, GENWEEL etc. Companies are coming to our college but only select 5 or 6 people so average students are not selected for placement

Fees and Financial Aid

I study at a government polytechnic so fees are very low, at first when I was admitted to the college I paid 1300 to the college then per semester there no admission fees, only registration fees required only 250 per semester

Campus Life

The campus is really bad, the rooms are too small and there are 3 or 2 classes per week so please select another polytechnic college for the future. And social group basically WhatsApp group is important for college

Admission

The admission process is too simple at first you can pass your Madhyamik exam on any board then you apply to JEXPO through the WBSCTE official website, and then you have an exam when you pass the exam you will be selected for the process of admission

My Experience at TPI as a 3rd Year Diploma Undergrad

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. Big names are associated with TPI for campus placements. But for Computer Science students, very few companies arrive, that too with very less salaries. (not worth it). It is generally reccomendable if you can do a Btech is come college and work on your skills there, your employbility gets higher. Highest package from Computer Science is 20 LPA (off-campus) and lowest package is 1.8 LPA (on-campus). Generally on campus placements range from 2 to 3 LPA.

Placement Experience:

We college have many companies like tata motors, cumming company, dana limites, spices limited, Ashok Leyland. Mahindra. L and t company and much more high package is 3.5 lakh per annum aur department students got 90 per cent placed. I have been placed in tata motors which gives me 3.2 lacs per annum. My plan is to do b tech at Jadavpur University.

Overall a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement in the final year of the diploma course. Most companies like Wipro TCS visit our college. The average package is 5 lahks and 90 percent of students got placed in every branch.

Best start for a professional life

Placement Experience:

From fifth semester semester students became eligible for campus drive recruitment. And college also started campus drive. As i earlier mentioned that campus drive are not that much satisfying at all during 2012-2014. I was passed out at 2014 & in my time there's only one company came for civil engineering branch except that all are IT companies. For electronics & telecommunication and Computer science student there's lots of scope at that period. Some of them got package of 3.6 lakh per annum which may be the highest package as far as i know during my days. In an average we get 2 lakh per annum package. I just set one campus drive recruitment of Printika pvt. Ltd. which recruited almost 15 civil engineer from our branch. They offered 2 lakh per annum package to all. As a percentage of placed student from my branch is almost 20%. Overall from 2014 batch it'll be 30-50%. Unfortunately i didn't placed from that placement drive as I'm planning for higher study.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for campusing. Badve autotech pvt ltd. A1 fence products pvt. Ltd. Crescent foundry and so many companies are visited our campus and offerd almost every students for job.the highest package is 1.80 lpa and lowest is 1.44 lpa. There re almost 60 percent students are placed and rests are getting prepare for next campusing.My plan is doing job after completing this degree.
