I chose this course because I was getting this in nit surat according to my percentile (95) and also I'm interested in mathematics. faculty-student ratio I don't know the exact figure but it is good. Most of the professors here are iit/nit graduates and they teach well only.

Internships Opportunities

Hey, I am a fresher there are many companies that give internships to students with a max stipend of 90000 per month you can visit the college website for proper details. lastly college website contains all things from admission to everything.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible in their 7 semester or 8th semester depending. there were many companies including Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, you can visit the website for a brief. tge highest package was 44lpa an average of 7lpa .88 per cent of students got placements here which was the highest.

Fees and Financial Aid

It cost about a total of 8 lakh for my course including hostel and mess fees. The college provides fee remission and many scholarships to students and you have to check the website every day for that there is no fee remission for MSC students only for B-tech. Tuition fees are free for sc/st students.

Campus Life

The annual fest here is sparsh which is celebrated for about 1 week and it's celebrated in the month of March.it is very good and kind of the largest in Gujarat. the tech fest here is mindbend and it's celebrated for about 3-4 days it's also good. Sports are very good here we have the majority of sports (badminton, table tennis, basketball,kho kho, cricket, pool billiards, chess, and many more There are many clubs in our college you can visit nit surat website to see about your favourite club

Admission

As the college is of national importance you have to pass qualify Jee mains exam as per your category for obc and general the cutoff rank may be about 60000 and for sc/st it may go lower.NOTE- there is no fee remission for MSC students its only for b-tech so think many times. Otherwise it's a good college, good food and of course surat city is great ????.

A balanced college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, i had applied so many NITs but due to my average score in JEE MAINS , i was getting only SVNIT and some Northen east NITs I did not choose other NITs as they are very far apart from my home state. SVNIT -The best for Transportation engineering

I chose SVNIT just because this is one of the best college for transportation engineering.
