Course Curriculum Overview
I personally feel Faculty members are quite good in their field, they are helpful. I had low attendance in 1st year but I can say whatever they taught was worth it easily understandable. All the Faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. This is how exams are held here. Assignment Test (twice per sem ), Mid Sem ( Twice per sem ), End Sem or Final Exam. I chose this course because it has limitless opportunities.
Internships Opportunities
College provides Cisco certification for free if you perform well you might get a chance for a paid internship in it. The college also provides AICTE internships run by the government of India and local firms. The college provides Training and Internship opportunities.
Fees and Financial Aid
Being a CSE student and from the general category, I pay around 70k per year. If you are coming under reserved class you may enjoy scholarship benefits per year as J&K aspirant>1lakh plus, SC/ST aspirant>70-80k, OBC aspirant>30-40k, My friend who comes under EWS and got a Fee Wavier(FW) pays only around 12-14k fee per year.
Campus Life
The campus is good I won't say very good as it needs improvement. The students are friendly. The college organizes Tech Fest named Gyanotsav every year during the Winter session. currently, it's organising Smart India Hackathon. Seniors are helpful. there's no ragging or something like that. There are various clubs for all (coding, dancing, singing, environmental, sports, writing, etc.). The college also organizes various sports events. students also get chances to play in nodal and higher associations.
Admission
JEE ( percentile is not a big deal here, even low percentile students got CS branch ) & 12th passed with about 65%. You can get into this college via MP-DTE counseling or direct admission if you get lucky. The fee structure is not the same for all as it depends on Branch. I'm 2nd year CSE student I pay around 70k per annum. Being a general category I pay around 70k/year. Since you are looking for reservation benefits let me enlighten you. If you are an EWS aspirant and managed to get a Fee Wavier from the college during Counseling you may have to pay only a 12-14k fee/year. Getting a Fee wavier depends on jee percentile and reserved category. The college provides you with a scholarship in such ways.SC/ST > 70-80k per annum, OBC> 30-40k per annum.
