Course Curriculum Overview

I got a decent rank in jee mains so I've got a decent amount of options for courses in which I want to pursue my career in so I always wanted to pursue my career in computer science because it's my passion and there is a lot of scope in computer science and faculty in my college are pretty friendly and there is pretty impressive faculty to student ratio. The faculties are helpful.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees structure is like you have to pay fees at the start of the semester no installment and in the case of my college mess fees are not included it's your choice whether you want to eat in the mess or the canteen. And yes, you can avail scholarship on the basis of your marks.

Campus Life

My life at campus is pretty adventurous because my college campus is very big and there are many options after classes, I mainly play badminton, basketball and cricket field is very large and it is very exciting to play there. Books are there in the library.

Admission

I am currently pursuing my BTech computer science engineering from Indian information technology design and manufacturing jabalpur I am a second-year student I qualified for JEE mains with an impressive rank of 19000 which enabled me to get admission into this prestigious college I've been a bright student since started to support that I would say I got 92 percent in cbse class 10 and 12.

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
