Awaring btech aspirants about our college

I have choosen ECE of my personal interest to get jobs in core companies. Faculty members are so friendly with students. Most of the faculties are mtech and PhD qualified members in IITs and nits. The difficulty of examinations depends on our interest towards the course. Faculty do maximum work from their side to improve student learning skills.

There are many projects taking place and the faculty support students in it. Summer internships are done from AWS Academy in AI ML and cloud computing. There are projects related to the application of drones and application of image processing to solve eye problems. From IIT Hyderabad there is an internship provided with a stipend of 7000.

Students are eligible for campus placements after completing the 6th semester. There are many companies visited and many offers were made. Some of them are Amazon, IBM, and Cognizant. There will be an average package of 3.5 lakhs per year. And 40lakhs per year is the highest offered for 1 student in campus placements. I think after the btech we should compulsorily do attempt of GATE examination. My plans are to achieve a good rank in GATE.

The fee structure for the ECE department in our college is 69000 per year for category A seats. There will be Category A and Category B seats. There are different fee structures for different categories. The fees for these categories are fixed by the state government. According to the government, the fee for category A is about 35000 to 70000. There is a jvd scholarship from the state government. Placements have not yet started for us. Placements will be started in the 7th semester. I am studying in the 5th semester.

In our college, there are many clubs including technical, non-technical, and social clubs. There are technical fest conducted last year. In that fest, different colleges participated. The annual fest too conducted on the college grounds. It's a great experience of fests. There will be availability of lots of books in the Library. For every class, there will be a Library committee member. I am a member of it. The librarian used to conduct a meeting frequently to ask and solve the problems related to the library. There will be also league matches in sports every year. I saw many clubs and social groups handled by students. Some of them are Rotaract, youth for Society, tech wiki and Yantralaya. We also have digital classrooms. Every year, in the month of March there will be an annual fest and tech fest will be conducted.

There are two buildings for the college hostel. The rooms are maintained neat and clean. There will be only vegetarian food provided in the college hostel mess. And even in the canteen, there will be only vegetarian food. In the hostel, the food is provided four times a day. Wednesday and Saturday there will be chapati for dinner. There will be sweets twice or thrice a week. And for festivals, there will be more specials in food. For the hostel room, the registration is at the hostel office near the hostel. There will be four persons per room and 80000 per year is the fee. Near the college, there are many hostels and rooms for rent. There will be a bed provided for every student in the hostel room.

I have written Ap eapcet entrance exam. And choosen ece branch on my personal interest in counseling. According to the rank, I got this college. I choosen this college by seeing placements and previous years cutoff ranks. I have my eligibility for college by verifying previous years' cutoff ranks of OBC (my reservation ).
