Yes, We do get internship offers from different sectors. Almost 80% students end up taking summer intern. Internship are offered mainly in IT firm. Stipend range from 10k to 2lakhs per month. On an average, stipend is around 25k/month.
Placement Experience
Almost all students in CS, Electrical and Mathematics and Computing students get placed in December. This is mainly because of IT firm, Banks and Start-up. On an average they give 10lakhs + bonus package. However there is also opportunity of landing a job in US, Japan and Singapore. Highest package in India is 40 lakhs by WorldQuant and Tower.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The per year fees for B.tech is 1,25,000/- the mess and hostel fees are excluded from this. The hostel fees is 32K per semester during monsoon semester. 24K and 21K per semester for boys and girls respectively during other semesters. The mess fees is around 8-10K.
Faculty
Faculties are highly qualified. The reason IIT is IIT is because of their immensely qualified professors who provide quality education. The classes are interactive and make learning easy. Practical Lab sessions are really helpful.
