Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the electronics and communication branch in my college with my interest in hardware engineering. The faculty members are very supportive and also every faculty member has done phd in their subjective fields.

In our colleges, there are also available internship opportunities. In our college there is many of our seniors have internships in some of the company's names as ( amazon, google, tata ics, etc;).

Placement Experience

There is highest placements in our college is 83 lakhs off-campus in the year 2022. The average package is 16 lakhs and the median package is 13 lakhs. Also previous year there is 15 students got jobs at Amazon through our college on campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of our college is around 13 lakhs for 4 years and there is a scholarship opportunity only for sc/st/gen/ews. There is no anyone scholarship for obc category students through college. For obc students, there is a private scholarship scheme.

Campus Life

Our campus is a little good compared to other national colleges. We have a library which provides books for 15 days as we took this to our hostels along with us. Also, we have one class of cocurricular activities in which we have to participate in any sports.

Admission

The admission process was very smoothly passed by every student. My rank in Jee Main is 50,000 and I am eligible for the electronics and communication engineering branch in my college. Our alloted hostels are luxurious and AC is also provided here.

from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement there are lot of companies who used to visit our campus like microsoft gives 15 to 20 offer, amazon guves 13 to 15 offer , accenture gives a lot of offer like 30 offer and many more in recent year placement 64 lpa is highest and average of 12.5 lpa they use to offer forSDE role in last year 93.14percentage of total student get placed my plan is to get a full time job as software developer

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

1.The main thing about our campus, campus placements are so good. Branches like CSE & ECE have high placement percentage about 90. 2.From 3rd year students got involved college internships and programmes that allow them to better placements. 3.Top companies like Google,Microsoft,Amazon,Intel,Samsung etc visited our campus. Placement Experience:

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

The real pride of dumka

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

Choose Future, not Present

I had several other options like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, BITS Pilani etc... Now in all the tier 2 nits i would have got either metallurgy or civil at the best but in BITS Pilani i could've got ENI but the fees there was 33 lkh for all the 4 years so it was not affordable for me. This was the best option keeping in mind my rank, roi and fees. You can get here by applying for jossa or csab after you have given jee mainsa and you will get a seat if you get good rank....Read More
