Entrance exam is only for pg courses. Selection for UGC courses are in depend on your board marks. Pg courses like mc.fc,Pmir, and masters in education etc etc ...and UGC course are like b.com(accountancy, management), b.a(different honours), b.sc (honours and self financing).

I am the student of bachelor of commerce under commerce department. Commerce department is backbone of the college. Come for the research in last semester you have to submit a project on any company. That time teacher will guide you and help for selecting the project and in last they will suggest you some organisations and give reference for you.

Yes Our college provide internship in different organisations in Bhubaneswar or our side of Bhubaneswar too. College provide internship only for pg students and professionals students in one of the best organisations like axis bank, HDFC , SEBI, Tata motors etc

Placement cell of Bjb autonomous college is very good. They bring very good organisation for the placement. The placement is start in final year. First there an entrance exam then the result will publish within 1or 2 days . Second the group discussion and personal interview will be held Third and final step is , they release the pre merit list then they provide internship for those students then they release the final list after the internship training. The organisation who comes for the placement in axis bank , capzamini, HDFC , TCS, tech Mahindra etc etc. The salary package is not much satisfaction . 10-12k or 15-20k salary Package.

Bjb college is also famous for function. The freshers is held in outside of the college. In big big hotels like hhi, crown, swosti etc. Then there is some functions like dramatic society function, annual function, arts function, commerce function, science function. All functions are held inside the college premises but commerce freshers function is out side of the college. The fest is also organised by the students and some big seminars also.

This college is comes under in government college so the fees structure of this college is very reliable and also suitable for backward Class people.like I am form the commerce background I completed my graduation within the 7k. The arts course fees are also very cheap. And the fees structure is distributed in 3 category like sc/St , general, pH. Once in every year you have to do readmission at the time of readmission you will pay your fees.

There are lots of scholarship is provided by the government of odisha .like Prerna , +2 pass scholarship. In all scholarship the college will help you for submitting the documents.

The campus of Bjb college is very neat and clean. Campus is very safe for the girls. Girls freely move one place to another place without any disturbance. The total girls are 40% in college and 60% population is covered by boys. Lets move to the extra curricular activities like sports day , ncc day, society function like arts society function, commerce society function, and science society function is held each and every year. Some quiz competition is also held. Fest is also managed by the students etc etc

The hostel facility of this college is far better then other colleges in Odisha. The hostels are divided in three categories. First is general hostels second one is Ambedkar hostels , and third one is girls hostel. The selection of hostel is depend on your marks. If you get good marks in career then you will get the hostel room. And each student one bed is provided by the college. The yearly charges of the hostel is very cheap like 4-6k per year.

Students of Bjb college is awesome. The senior students are very helpful and understand able. They support you in every single steps and guide you like a teachers. In fact you enjoy there company more then your friends.

Exam structure is very nice. Well prepared or well managed exam process is followed by this college. First there is internals will held for 20 marks. Within the 2-3 months of starting the classes. This exam will cover the one third portion of the syllabus for example there is 5 units in your syllabus and first unit will come some time second is also comes under the internal syllabus. After that the semester is comes in first week of the December or first week of April too. In semester the full course will come. All five unit comes on the semester.
