Remarks

It was very good in provinding facilities and oppurtunities for gaining knowledge. It was going to be a deemed university very shortly. Definetly I would advice people to study here. Coming to areas of improvement to match its capabilitie ls placements should increase

Entrance Preview

EAMCET and It has good fame in its area. Got to know from many people about the faculty. College has the good number of research projects. Well known for mechanical branch. Well equipped with lab facilities . Had good experienced faculties. Equipped with play grounds. Separate play ground for cricket and football also had indoor stadium also had courts for basketball and volley ball.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

We had a brief description of cource it was well planned for 4 years. First year covers up the basics. Second year follows the introduction to the core subjects. Third year follows the mechanical subjects. Fourth year includes project work which focuses on research. We also had internship in 3 rd year. During the cource we had several industrial visits

Internships Opportunities

We had our internship at third year. We had our internship for 2 months . I had done my internship at Dr.NTTPS which have been a assist to our college. We had an oppurtunity to select many other industries. Stipend was not usually offered as this was government project

Placement Experience

3.5

They are more service oriented companies and very few product oriented companies. Well known companies that visit the college are Hyundai (package 360000 per annum), TCS (package 340000 per annum), CYIENT (package 280000 per annum), TECH Mahindra(package 300000 per annum), even some are placed with blue star and hitachi

College Events

3.5

They are many events celebrated in our college . There is a annual day celebrations which are held every year at the time of february. There are some college fest which are followed by both technical and cultural and there were some events conducted by students like farewells ,freshers etc.,

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of the college was 54000 only. I think it was not so expensive compared to many other colleges. For the people who are economically backward, government of andhra pradesh giving a fee reimbursment of 35000 to the student. So i think '54000-35000=19000' 19k for an year is not so expensive. It was feasible to any student.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a scholarship facility which is offered by government of andhra pradesh worth 35000 per year and for backward caste government give a scholarship of 4000 per year throughout the engineering completion.

Campus Life

4.5

Mostly students for andhra and telangana prefer to study here even there was a healthy gender ratio. It was encouraging in sports college was Equipped with play grounds. Separate play ground for cricket and football also had indoor stadium also had courts for basketball and volley ball.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

There is a hostel facility for the college which costs 42000 per year. I think it bit expensive for the students and food at the hostel was not so good but not worst. By affording that amount we can took room with friends instead of hostel. Even in hostels or in rooms you can get a great memories there. Those four years are the best days throughout my life

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini are still connected with the college. There were regular alumini meets taking place in the college . I was still connected with the college and will always support when it needs me and every student who graduated frm this college have a similar set of ideas

Exam Structure

Exams were practical oriented every core subject has lab followed by theoritical exam. Every sem consists of 5 theoritical exams and 2 lab exams. First year covers up the basics. Second year follows the introduction to the core subjects. Third year follows the mechanical subjects. Fourth year includes project work

Admission

I had attempted EAMCET exam. Later got selected through merit list and got call letters according to EAMCET Ranks. Selected some colleges through EAMCET web councelling. Got selected for this college in mechanical stream under 15000 rank and OBC category in 2013. Later went to college and impressed with the infrastructure and facilities. On further process i have paid some amount of fees to reserve the seat. We had oppurtunity of 2nd councelling to shift college and branch.

Faculty

4

Professors are well qualified had minimum qualifications Mtech and most of the teaching staff had P.hd in the respective areas. Colleges also working with some government projects and some professors also had scientist designation. Most of them had a decent industrial background that would help to gain industry knowledge and practical knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.
