Review of my college (Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College) by Lila Prasanthi

Presently we are following R20 regulation in our college. We have been given the latest technologies in our curriculum. Most of the faculty were PhD holders. Our mathematics teachers are all professors and are experienced 25- 30 years in the field of maths. Our class faculty had nearly of 10 years experience. Labs and equipment are available from morning 9-5. If any of the students want to take extra time in labs for their courses and internships, our college will not restrict them. We had a technology center that is full of systems that are available from 9 to evening 7:45, which is very helpful for those who are interested in extracurricular activities like hackathon, coding contests, hacker rank contests, etc.

Our college students got interships from many reputed companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Health Edge, IBM, TCS, etc. Also selected for IBM hack challenges and Amazon coding competitions. They post so many intership opportunities in our class groups to apply for free of cost, many of them are with providing stipend. We are also having the PMKVY 4.0 courses in our college, recently I also completed the same PMKVY - software developer associate under National Skill Development Corporation with the guidance of our HOD Dr. Chandra Shekhar sir.

In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

We have 12 branches in our college. They are CSE, IT, AI&DS, AIML, CIC, CSD, EEE, ECE, MECH, CIVIL, CSBS, CS &IT. total 8 cse branches and 4 core branches. I joined in the year 2022 as a lateral entry, and I am provided with a full fee reimbursement of 70,000 i.e., our college fee. This is the scholarship from JVD( state government). We are not paying any extra fees for college. The amount that is credited for 4 quarters in our mother's account will be paid to the college. Every branch has the same fee structure. Those who have reservations will be allocated seats based on their reservation facility. Those who do not have reservations have to get a seat without reservation at the time of allocation of seats.

We have a great central library having some thousands of books related to all departments of our college . Every one has to create their accounts in the library to take the books for a period of one month and those who belong to Sc/St can have additional time of three months to access or take the books to your home for study purpose. Along with that, we are also having department libraries for every department. The Library was the best thing in my college, they provide with no cost. We have well-equipped labs, seminar class, classrooms, auditoriums, girls waiting for halls, a technology center, coding clubs, and Societies like ISTE, and ACE, Which encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities that can improve their skills . We are also providing with many events every year like Nipuna 2023, spurthi by cse department , Cisco workshops, master orator championship 2033 season 5, super nova by the civil department.

I have applied for ap ecet 2022. I completed the examination on July 22, 2022. After that, results are declared in August's second week. Counseling has been started in the month of September. The whole process was a good and easy way of processing the application from application to ecet counseling.
