PGDM course is more industry-oriented rather than theories. Being a fresher has built me with the basic idea of the industry/ corporate world. Our college has provided has with internship opportunities and industrial visit which was very helpful in gaining live knowledge. When it comes to faculty most of them were Ph.D. degree holders with expertise in corporate culture. GBS provide its portal where all call notes and PPTs are uploaded and also we can get video of those particular topics which was from our faculties. Globsyn also maintains a regular basis assessment test to ensure classroom teaching topics are learned well Mainly the classes start in August and 1st semester ends in December and 2nd by April after that it provides us with 2 months of a break to complete our internship and from July mid 3rd sem starts and ends in dec mid. The last semester is conducted by online classes and the exam ends in April.

There are various internship opportunities in various sectors. Almost all students are provided with an internship for 2 months. Most companies pay 5- 10k and few more than that. Various FMCG companies visit and Deloitte also visited

As the internship ends from 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placements. Also, there are PPO holders according to their performance during the SIP A min CTC of 4.5 lpa with an average of 5.5 and the highest 18-20 lpa in a foreign country is provided.

In comparison with other MBA colleges, I think the fees are a bit higher but this college provides many curricular activities which help us to build our confidence and communication skills. I was selected in the ITC Ltd group for my internship with a stipend of 10k. Globsyn provides many opportunities in all sectors. Campus drives start by October and provide participation in Big 4, FMCG, hospitality, insurance and banking and many more.
