Application forms can be filled in online and offline mode. The admission process of Kanchi University (SCSVMV) is conducted through a merit-based Counselling Session. Admission to B.E./B.Tech is done through the AISEEE/ ERA Uni-Gauge exam conducted by the university or the JEE Main score is also acceptable. Other UG courses like BA, BBA, B.SC, BCA, and B.Ed admissions are done on a Merit basis. Admission to the MBA program is made if a candidate is qualified in the National Level Entrance exam i.e. CAT/XAT/JMAT/ATMA/MAT or the entrance exam conducted by SCSVMV. For M.Tech GATE qualified students are eligible to apply. For other PG courses like M.Sc, M.Com, MCA and MA admissions are done on a Merit basis. Admissions to M.Phil and Ph.D. are done through Merit and Written exams followed by an interview. Admission to BAMS is done based on NEET score. NAAC accredited the SCSVMV recognised by UGC with an ‘A’ Grade in 2017. The University has MoU with many institutes which include Birla Institute of Tech

Each department has its own tech and cultural symposium each year. The mechanical department held paper presentations and workshops every year where industry veterans or experts would visit and share their knowledge and experience. The symposiums were usually inter-college events with an average of 3000 students participating. The fee structure is very affordable. It's 28500 per semester on average. College accepts payment via NetBanking or payment through the bank. No additional fees had to be paid. The college provides transparency in fee breakdown. The payment can be per semester or year basis. The college didn't offer any scholarships. However, students below the poverty line could apply for a fee waiver. Sports quota students have free hostel accommodation.

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements. TCS, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, MINDTREE, COGNIZANT, ETC are companies visited. Overall 750 offers are made. The highest package is 12 LPA AND the average package is 3.5 LPA. 76% of students are getting to be placed. I plan to continue higher studies abroad.

My course was a non-profitable trust course because my semester fee is around 7500 rupees only (KAMAKOTI PEDAM TRUST)gives wonderful opportunities for poor students compared to other colleges our college fee structure is too feasible and advanced level teaching, and advanced level equipment, 50-acre campus. placements, Bus facilities are 50kms, there is even no one college give this type of offering in India.

Our college students have secured 1st place in cricket. Volleyball interstate 1st place Kabaddi state 1st In every classroom students are less than 60 quotas are there and 1:3 boys ratio and all religion students are studied in this campus.

Our college has 3 hostels are there one hostal completely for freshers students and a ladies' hospital. Another boys hostel there hostel food was full of pure vegetarian foods but there were good quality foods.
