Course Curriculum Overview

I selected this course since I have been into sales and marketing from the last 12 years of textile women's wear garments. The faculty was very nice and helpful each time we asked questions. Plus they explain each term in very detail and with examples. Exams were easy and it was easy to pass, if You attend all lectures and understand all topics, it's always easy to crack the exam.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was good they provided many options for students to pay fees, and they even provided educational loans to pay fees from different banks we did not need to go anywhere, we just had to give them documents, and all the processes were done by NMIMS coordinators.

Campus Life

Since I have done a distance MBA I am less aware of the annual fest but yes I have heard of the NMIMS annual fest which is like we can't miss and should attain as heard from friends. Books and journals are available in college.

Admission

I have done an MBA in marketing from NMIMS, admission process was very smooth and easy, There was a special coordinator assigned to me to look after my documentation and other stuff. There were emi options in fees so I paid 1st emi of 36000. total it was 4 emi each we have to pay with new starting sem. Once we pay they courier us study materials. No improvement everything was so nice and easygoing.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable.
