Studies and the opportunities in the Vignan University

I've chosen bioinformatics as I'm a biology student in intermediate. Biology students can also join btech and can also get equal opportunities as CSE and IT students. Faculty here are very helpful and are highly qualified in their respective fields. Their teaching method is interactive and interesting. Targets will be given to students every month apart from exams, they must prepare a presentation of the topics that they've learnt in the course and present them before the faculty. Projects and their reviews are also done regularly.

There are a good number of companies visiting the campus for the placement. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, zifo, HCL, etc visit the campus and recruit the students. Early more than 70% of the students are getting placed and the majority of the remaining are going for higher studies. The average package is 4.5 lpa and the highest package varies from 10 lpa to 15 lpa. I'm looking for a job after my graduation.

The fee here is very reasonable and not too high. The scholarships are provided to the students based on their performance in the entrance examination up to 100%. These scholarships are reviewed every year and they are continued based on the student's academic performance. One should maintain an academic percentage greater than 70% to keep their scholarship intact.

Campus Life is very joyful. Apart from the studies, students can participate in many kinds of extracurricular activities like sports, entertainment clubs, socially responsible activity teams, etc. There are few teams in the Student Activities Council that will take care of the fests that are conducted. The annual fest generally is conducted in the month of February and the tech fest is conducted in the month of March. Sports and cultural events and competitions are often conducted monthly. There are seven different student teams on campus which are solely run by students they are SAC, UEAC, E cell, alumni connects, NCC, and Sports Club.

The admissions are based on the marks of the candidate in eamcet exam as well as the performance of the candidate in VSAT which will be conducted by the university every year in the month of April/may. The application form is on the website of the University. The application fee is probably around 2000 and the exam dates will be given on the website.
