Course Curriculum Overview
Well the course curriculum, it's pretty simple, I chose BTech CSE because it's lucrative in the job market and also because I'm interested in coding, etc. In lecture halls, there are 240 students but when it comes to practical and tutorial classes there are only 30. Most of the faculties are highly qualified with PhDs and all that also from IITs. Term exams in every 7 weeks and they are a little hard if you are not a regular studying student.
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies with which they offer internship opportunities. Infosys and TCS are the biggest names as of my knowledge it's a 3-month training. Most students get placed in the companies they intern in.
Placement Experience
From the 4th semester, students are allowed to sit for the placements. There are some big companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc. Last time 250+ companies visited and 1500+ jobs were offered. 54 LPA highest on-campus placement and 8 LPA is average. 80%+ students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees remain the same for the entire course. The Tuition fee costs 370000 per annum. You get scholarships based on the board's exam score and JEE's score. The campus has good tie-ups with a lot of good companies hence, the placement as of now is quite good.
Campus Life
Freshers, Garba, Halloween Janmaashtmi, etc. There are many fests that take place here Sometimes they are good, and sometimes okay. All the books that are needed for the course can be found in the library and also in the e-library. When it comes to sports, I think it's probably one of the best in this state. As it has nearly every sport. There are many clubs run by students.
Hostel Facilities
24/7 AC, cleaning of the room twice every week. The meal is average it's better than the colleges around. The registration process is quite streamlined during the admission process, but it is on the costly side. The locality is a village area.
Admission
There are no strict eligibility criteria for getting into this university. In my case, I just submitted my 10th and 12th and JEE scorecards. Application and all can be found on the university's official site. As for the dates a simple Google search will be very useful. As far as I know, you won't be able to reap the benefits of caste reservation here. If you are disabled or come from the armed forces, you may get some reservation benefits here.
