The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal has many companies that visit for internships, including: Amazon, Microsoft, L&T, Goldman Sachs, Reliance industries, Murugappa. The Centre for Career Planning and Development (CCPD) helps students get internships at top companies in software, core industries, management, and other sectors. About 150–180 companies visit the campus every year. The internship process at NIT Warangal starts after the first semester. Students are selected based on their research area and GPA. The stipend for summer internships varied from INR 1.6 Lakhs to INR 20K

Fees structure is generally. For OC and OBC per sem 62500 and for SC, ST and PWD there is no tuition fees. For annual salary of 2lac to 5lac there will be a fees of 31000 per sem . For foreign students i.e students of not Indian nationals there will a fees of around 3 lakh per year

Technozion is the annual tech fest of the National Institute of Technology, Warangal (NITW). It's one of the largest tech fests in South India. The 2022 event was held from December 16–18. Technozion is a three-day event that includes: Events, Initiatives, Workshops, Guest lectures, Exhibitions SpringSpree: An annual cultural festival that began in 1978. The 2022 SpringSpree was one of the largest cultural festivals in India, with over 15,000 attendees. Every class has projectors a white board and a green board and talking about library, The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal has a Central Library that supports teaching and research programs. The library is housed in a separate building with a plinth area of 4000 sq. m. It has around 187,014 books.

NIT Warangal has 14 blocks of hostels for boys. The largest hostel is called the "Ultra Mega Hostel" and houses PG and BTech students. It has 10 floors with 120 rooms on each floor. The hostel fees for male students are: Triple occupancy (Btech 2nd year): Rs 9900 Triple occupancy (BTech 2nd year DASA): Rs 11000 Double occupancy (BTech 3rd year): Rs 11050 Single occupancy (BTech 3rd year DASA): Rs 22000 Single occupancy (BTech 4th year): Rs 12800 Double occupancy (BTech 4th year): Rs 10400 , these are for per semester all years have great sufficient hostels, except some second year blocks The mess charges are Rs 115 per day. The mess food at NIT Warangal serves only Vegetarian food IFC (A, B, C) which are private messes with better food quality, especially breakfast
