- it will be better if they include food items like non veg , soft drinks atleast in canteen.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am very much interested in computer-related things like programming, Video Editing, and doing small projects. So I chose CSE as it fits well as per my interest in it well. Enough number of teachers will be there to teach students. Professors are well educated, they are enough to clarify doubts regarding subjects.
Internships Opportunities
A number of companies will provide good internship opportunities for students who are well-active in their studies. Companies like Microsoft, JP Morgan, Google, and Cognizant provide internships and as well as good placements. They provide a stipend of up to 250000 per month.
Placement Experience
Placements are provided in college by numerous companies that are visiting campus. Campus placements are centralized among all 5 Amrita B.Tech campuses. These placements are centralized by the department called CIR (Corporate Industry Relations). If you don't want campus placements you can do Higher Education abroad
Fees and Financial Aid
For 4 years of B.Tech life in total, you need 1200000 if you are good enough at clearing subjects without arrears. If you are provided with the first fee slab with a low fee then you need to maintain your CGPA above 9.0
Campus Life
It is a huge campus across 400 acres surrounded by green hills. The campus environment will be quiet as it is away from traffic areas. The Sports competitions are conducted on campus and we can play outside campuses by representing the Amrita campus. The famous students club run by top MNC Google across many top B.Tech colleges in India is available in Amrita The club name is Google Students Developers Club (GSDC).
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are provided on campus Each room is accommodated for 4 students. Provided with study table, chair, bed, rack, and inbuilt bathrooms If you want to live in hostel at the time of the admission process you should pay hostel fee , so rooms will be alloted for you.
Admission
AEEE is the entrance exam you should write and you have to secure a very good rank in it, it would be very helpful to you to get the branch you want if you get a really good rank in the entrance examination. Below 2500 Rank will be considered a good rank to get CSE department. We have to apply in the Amrita portal by paying 1,000 entrance fee. Only state quota reservation is provided. You should score more than 75 percent in your CBSE both 12th and 10th.
